Stacey was actually already trying to accommodate regional differences in generic terms for carbonated drinks by not just calling them "cokes." That one really backfired on Stacey.
This may be the first time I've introduced a speaking character who I have no intention of using again.
Another great thing that happened to me the other day is that a girl from a furniture store sent me an extremely formal note about how the furniture store she works for made an "infographic" about some superhero properties that should be adapted to film, and about how as an expert in comics, I would doubtlessly take interest in this, and that maybe my readers would want to also discuss it and (between the lines) possibly they might want to check out some furniture. The note was signed with "Many Thanks."
